![]() ![]() Just personal preference - and I knew what I was buying. It being glossy black, I am a fan of matte black - but this really isn't a con. But it is becoming a bit of an annoyance. It does this a little bit, and not all the time it depends how hard I am actually typing. ![]() With it's current stand setup sometimes when I type (I have a rough dell keyboard for the moment) it shakes the monitor - as in it kind of wobbles on the stand, side to side. I do plan on buying a second one in the future.Ĭons: I have a corner desk in my room, and the monitor sits centered. I am not utilizing the TV function, so no thoughts on that. Pros: Awesome monitor, love the picture output and didn't have to twiddle with the settings at all. Only thing that I noticed was the lack of labeled audio outputs but have found that by disabling the TV speakers, the rear internally become audio outs (I hook up a 2.1 powered audio system to the set - the internal speakers of most units are 'tinny' and lack bass response. Seems like most manufacturers put all their 'top-notch' features in the large-screen sets only - but this one equals any larger-screen model for features - TruSound, multi-HDMI inputs, intelligent auto resolution, 7 picture modes, etc. The unit has a very sophisticated sleek slim appearance. ![]() The image is awesome - crystal-clear and bright with ultimate detail. I was amazed how quick and easy the setup was accomplished (connected to HD satellite system). Overall Review: This unit was purchased in a 'crunch' when a similar brand (screen size, features) failed miserably (purchased through a television online buyer site) and I was in a hurry to replace it. Pros: Ease of setup, easy-to-use controls, appearance, features, multiple HDMI ports, speedy delivery.Ĭons: No marked rear audio outputs (but they're available through configuration), non-usable USB port (existing one if for sedrvice only), AC power cord doesn't fit tightly at the unit's connection point. ![]()
